Bryan Sultanik, MBA/President
Bryan is a seasoned leader specializing in data integration and migration in law and health-related systems. With a BBA in accounting from Texas State University, Bryan began his career in banking and nonprofits. He pairs strategic insight with down-to-earth leadership. His community involvement includes serving as HOA President in Leander, Texas and with the Boy Scouts of America. Bryan is known for managing and uniting local and worldwide teams, easing tension with humor and validation and navigating difficult problems with clarity and collaboration. He believes a good leader is hands on, visible and listens intently to others’ perspectives. Bryan holds an MBA from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. When not working, Bryan appreciates time with his wife, reading, the outdoors, being entertained by his dogs (a.k.a., his Muppets) and visiting with his adult children, especially during moments of matching humor with his autistic son.
Mia Sultanik, LCSW-S/Founder/Secretary
Mia is a clinical social worker supervisor with extensive experience counseling and serving clients and families with diverse and special needs. Her background includes two decades of teaching neurodivergent, twice-exceptional and neurotypical students, where she led teams and represented her school for several years as the United Way liaison. Mia has also provided clinical care at Meridell Achievement Center in Liberty Hill, Texas for over a decade and at the former Seton Shoal Creek in Austin, Texas, teaming with other professionals providing the best interventions and care for all ages. Known for her spirited nature and genuine compassion, she is fueled by the joy of those around her.
Mia attended The University of Texas at Austin for her BS in Child Development and Family Relationships and master’s degree in social work.
Beyond her professional world, Mia enjoys hand building pottery, spending quiet time with her husband, doting on her three dogs, embracing nature and life as a proud mother of three adult children, including her adult special needs son.
Victoria Schaefer/Vice President/Philanthropy
As a natural leader, Vicki is the current Executive Director of TACCA, having also earned a MAP credential. Aside from being an experienced executive with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational growth, Vicki is adept at collaborating with senior leadership and boards to develop visionary plans, assess ROI, and ensure operational excellence. Vicki is skilled in building strong relationships with those of various backgrounds, especially within the nonprofit world. Vicki has presided over several nonprofit boards, especially those serving the special needs community, many from ground zero. Vicki attended The University of Texas at Austin.
Vicki enjoys traveling with her family, the outdoors, being with her corgi dogs, cooking, quilting and participating in community events. She is a proud wife and mother of two young adult sons, one of whom is autistic.
