Bryan Sultanik, MBA

Bryan is a seasoned manager specializing in data integration, migration, in law and health-related systems. With an early background in accounting in nonprofits, he pairs strategic insight with down-to-earth leadership. His community involvement includes serving as HOA President in Leander, Texas and involvement with the Boy Scouts. Bryan is known for uniting teams, easing tension with humor and validation, and guiding groups through tough problems with clarity and collaboration. Bryan enjoys reading, the outdoors and spending time with his dogs (a.k.a., his Muppets) and adult children, especially matching humor with his autistic son.

Mia Sultanik, LCSW-S/Founder

Mia is a clinical social worker supervisor with extensive experience counseling and serving clients and families with diverse and special needs. Her background includes two decades of teaching neurodivergent, twice-exceptional, and neurotypical students, where she led teams and represented her school for several years as the United Way liaison. Mia has also provided clinical care at Meridell Achievement Center in Liberty Hill, Texas for over a decade and at the former Seton Shoal Creek in Austin, Texas. Known for her spirited nature and genuine compassion, Mia is fueled by the joy of those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys creating pottery, doting on her three dogs, and embracing life as a proud mother of three adult children, including her son with special needs.
