Heartwood Village is an inclusive community where adults with special needs come together in a safe, loving G-d influenced, culturally sensitive environment to connect, grow and thrive. Our residents and community members serve as collaborators, leaders and advocates. They foster meaningful relationships while contributing to a shared vision of personal and professional growth by giving back and understanding their important role in the world.

Heartwood Village was created in response to the significant lack of meaningful, high-quality programs and residential options for adults with special needs. The founders envision a place where adults with special needs can live, grow, work, and build community where its residents can age in place in an environment centered around dignity and purpose.
