Heartwood Village is a supportive community in Central Texas where adults with autism, IDD, Down Sydrome and other similar disabilities can live, work, learn, and thrive with dignity, purpose, and connection.

We are one of the few communities in the United States offering opportunities for adults with special needs that spans their entire lives.
